Effects -Too much fish oil
Omega 3 fish oil has
been promoted for ADHD, heart disease, high blood pressure, rheumatoid
arthritis, asthma, bipolar disorder and cancer. There is good evidence to
support Omega 3 fish oils as a treatment. But what are the side effects of
fish oil if you are taking too much fish oil? Lots of producers of Omega 3
fish oil promote large dosages of omega 3 fish oil supplements – 5000,
6000, and up to 10,000 mgs of Omega 3 fish oil a day. So are there any
side effects from too much fish oil?
1,000 mgs of EPA and
or 1000 mgs of DHA is recommended and considered a low intake of omega 3
fish oil as “Generally Regarded as Safe”. However medical reports do
highlight certain fish oil side effects in people that are taking too much
fish oil, on blood thinning medications or that have blood thinning
abnormalities. Taking too much fish oil may increase the risk of bleeding.
A lot of fish oil
that is sold on the shelves of supermarkets, on the web, and or in
pharmacies have mercury, dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
Naturecol’s Omega 3 fish oil has no trace of these toxins and is the
purest on the world market. Naturecol’s
Omega 3 fish oil has been molecularly distilled 3 times. That is 2
times more than other so called top brands that have only been molecularly
distilled one time and from this one distillation say that they are
pharmaceutical grade. Look at how clear your Omega 3 fish oil is. Is it
water clear pure like Naturecol’s Omega 3 fish oil? See the purity of 3
distillations! No one else has a pure product like Naturecol.
